Irene Lines, LCSW, LIMHP, CCTP (certified clinical trauma professional)

I believe we all have strengths

and challenges with various worldviews, both unique and some areas common to all. Utilizing this perspective, I work with clients to heal past issues and to draw out possibilities, self-discovery, resiliency and post trauma growth.

I am eclectic in my approach and use various techniques to help you attain your goals.  In particular, I enjoy using therapeutic interventions from cognitive behavioral, strength based solution focused, NLP-neuro Linguistic programming, EFT- (emotional freedom tapping on meridians), writing narrative journals, visualization, and EMDR- (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) psychotherapies.

I have my secret clearance for working with the Military. I work with adolescents, couples and families, as well as neurodivergent individuals with ADHD. I help people with depression, anxiety, bullying, stress and all types of trauma and/or abuse.

I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2001. I am grateful to be here now at Envision Counseling Center to offer you brief therapy or peeling the layers on your journey to be who you really are or want to become.
